By using Vast Pay APIs and hosted checkout, you agree to process payments in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and Vast Global policies.

1. Services

Vast Pay provides payment session creation, hosted checkout, wallet settlement, and webhook notifications.

2. Fees

Fees are as per your selected package. Setup and monthly fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Settlement

Wallet settlements follow your package limits and hold policies. Chargebacks and disputes are handled per Vast policy.

4. Compliance

You must maintain valid business registration and provide accurate KYB information.
